Welcome to The Quartz · Suite 3 — a newly refurbished two-bedroom apartment on the third floor, a two-minute walk from Lambeth North (Bakerloo line) and around ten minutes on foot from the London Eye, Big Ben, Westminster and the South Bank.

The bright open-plan living space brings together a fully equipped kitchen — oven, hob, microwave, fridge-freezer and coffee machine — a breakfast island for relaxed dining, and a comfortable lounge with a smart TV. High-speed Wi-Fi runs throughout, and ambient LED lighting sets the mood from morning to evening.

The apartment sleeps up to six (an extra bed can be provided): Bedroom 1 has a double bed, and Bedroom 2 has a double bed and a single bed. A cot is available on request.

The bathroom is finished with a marble walk-in shower, heated towel rail and brushed gold fittings.

Self check-in lets you arrive on your own schedule, and the shared rooftop terrace offers open sky above Waterloo. Please note the apartment is on the third floor, reached by stairs only, and sits on a lively main road — superb for transport links, with some city sound at times.
